I use XSusenet to access the usenet. Because those accesses are infrequent, I have taken advantage of their free service. My accesses have been reliable and trouble free. The ticketing system leaves a little to be desired if you're on the free subscription, and I recently let me free subscription expire and although it said I had renewed it, it wasn't renewed, and I had to create a new account *and* select a payment method ... However, it provides a great service, and has very rarely, if ever, been down

I have had this service for months, even years. I continually receive authentication errors from my newsreader (never happened with any other usenet service provider I have used). I tried to get support to resolve, but they are totally useless. After many messages, they always resort to 'create a new account.' The error was mainly a nuisance error...that is, if I ignored it downloads would still happen, but about every few months I am unable to download anything. And every time support has no clue or no ability to help.
