too many incomplete downloads. Couldn't get SlyckVPN to connect,ended up using another VPN.
as in the title there service is fast reliable and with vpn core service added onto router its a good price. only problem I have is a few obscure groups are not available unlike with astraweb. also cancelation is one click, setup is simple.

So glad that they have the option to buy amount rather than monthly. There just isn't as much useful data in the news groups that there once was for me. I still want to keep up with some groups, but not enough for a monthly plan.

The service is exceptional and reasonable in cost. Customer service is responsive and helpful. I decided after a few days of the composite newsgroup/vpn service that I really only needed the vpn. The CSR was efficient and polite and resolved the issue, while being polite and professional. I am highly satisfied with the experience all around.
