Been using Non-Expiring Block Plans for almost 3 years now. I had once once or twice login issues (preventing from dowloading), but customer service was very quick and helpfull. I experience few times connection issues, then I have to stop my client (Grabit) during 10 mins, then It's ok again. I don't know if it's client issue or Newsdemon issue. But most of the time it's working great ! Personal suggestion for improvement : a search engine for members on Newsdemon Servers..
