Very reliable company! I dealt with them in the past, and that is why I had no problem joining up again. They deliver on everything they promise!
Overall a very good reseller service with great retention and fair pricing, i've used them on and off for 4-5 years.. My only gripe really is that i never get more than 200mbit downloading (My connection is capable of over 300mbit). Also i find the partner VPN very slow and unresponsive compared to other vpn services, not Newdemons fault directly but a little annoying.
Even after paying for access, I'm asked again to pay for a usable client. This is simply not right - it's calling nickel and dimeing customers to death.
Good service. Would be better if there was a list of interesting and useful or important groups or a critical review of these groups.
