In sign-up to the unlimited package to use the service as a backup, at the time if sign-up I don't received information to logging to the free VPN offered, I had to request by their help desk and the information was given after, they offered the news programs to use with their service and right now I have no idea why is still on trial or if anything needs to be fine from my part. I will not send more requests since I should not have to go thru so much to get a paid service. I will be cancelling the service since I'm losing my trust to them.
