Initially, I was concerned that I was being scammed. I paid my money, created my account, received login credentials and followed the instructions to get started, but nothing worked. Despite what the web site says, there is no voice customer support for paid subscribers. I attempted to contact support all day (during typical US-business hours - 9-6 Eastern). All e-mails and help desk tickets went unanswered. I finally received a "it's fixed, sorry" e-mail almost 24 hours after I gave them my credit card information. Now that the login credentials work, the service seems to be solid. Completion rates seem to be higher than the other, cheaper service that I subscribe to. In my opinion, it's worth paying the extra money for the better service. I haven't run a speed test, but the speed also seems faster. If it hadn't been for the initial login trouble (-1 star) and the slow customer support response (-1), this would have been a 5-star review.
